Corks, Cheese, and Chips explores how salt, fat, sweetness, spice and crunch can completely change the way a wine tastes. We’ll pair four distinctive wines—bubbles, off-dry Riesling, Gamay and Zinfandel—with four artisan cheeses and four complementary chip flavors.

You’ll taste each component separately before bringing all three together to discover what makes a great pairing work. It’s approachable, educational and designed to be seriously fun.
